Refund policy

Returns are allowed up to 30 days after your order with the exception of the following items:

- Items that are on final sale are not allowed to be returned or refunded

- Items that were custom dyed or made for you are not allowed to be returned or refunded

- Digital products such as patterns are unable to be returned or refunded

- Items that have been used/wound up/taken out of the hank are unable to be returned or refunded

The shipping costs of returning the item are for the customer themselves. 

 

If you wish to return an item you can send me an email at frogmousestudio@gmail.com or leave a message through the contact page of this website and I will get back to you as soon as I can. 

 

If there is something with your order you did not expect, or if a problem arises with your order, even if you do not wish to return it, definitely send me a message so that we can hopefully find a solution together.
